To further maximise use of the fully electric catering truck that LINK have created and tour for Quorn, the van was used as a new exhibition trade show stand.
- Space only event space measuring 6m wide x 3m deep was suitable to house the sampling van, with a free-standing branded back wall and display fridges.
- LINK provided advance planning with the venue organisers, agreed optimised site positioning, site design, production, catering, chefs and promotional support staff.
- The LINK team scheduled access for the van as one of the first time sot be brought into the exhibition hall; allowing the other stands to be build up around it.
- During the event, thousands of gourmet tasters were prepared and presented to corporate VIPS; with the LINK team working alongside Quorn’s own HQ staff.
