Beware The Bear! During Market Research Campaign
When you suggest using a bear to conduct market research to a client it’s not surprising they have a raised eyebrow or two. But that is exactly what the Link Communication team suggested and executed when First Buses wanted to inform and educate student passengers all about bus travel.
- To encourage students to travel using First Buses, by capturing contact data and educating them on bus travel.
- Students were encouraged to enter a competition for the chance to win the £3,000 cash prize and iPad mini.
- The tour visited eight universities across Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield, giving First Buses great exposure.
- The team generated over 40,000 face to face interactions and captured 12,000 new contacts from the tour.
