The serving counters on these sampling carts are fitted with sunken ice chests for cold drink sip sampling. The chests can be filled with stock, allowing easy, out-of-the-way access to cold samples all built right into the cart. There is also adequate display space for samples and packaged displays. The under-counter area can then be used for storage (like sip cups and flyers) or a cool box if extra cold holding is needed.
