Bundaberg – Experiential Sampling & Direct Sales at Food Festivals
To design, build, and tour a memorable brand experience event area for Bundaberg barrel brewed drinks.
Their summer sampling tour reached across the range of the UK’s most popular Food Festivals (Foodies). Each day inlcuded a pre-planned mix of positive taste sampling, fun brand engagement, data capture, social media content creation and direct sales.
- DESIGN: Concept design of a barrel shaped bar, reflective of the brand’s USP
- PRODUCTION:Creation of a robust bar capable of ewasy movement & set up
- SIP SAMPLING: Chilled taste sampling of Bundaberg’s Ginger Beer & Root Beer
- FUN GAMES: Creation of a fun throwing game, for positive, memorable recall
- SOCIAL MEDIA: Social selfies & content creation, with consumer generated sharing
- SUPERMARKET SALES: Vouchers to drive measurable sales uplifts to retailers
- DIRECT SALES: Thousands of pounds sold each day, off-setting the activation costs
- TOUR SCHEDULING: Across the UK attending a mix of Foodies Festivals (May to Aug)
- FULL MANAGEMENT: All aspects included, with staffing, logistics & daily reporting
