itsu Morrisons Sampling & Sales Tour

To activate store sales and push repeat purchases of itsu at Morrisons through sampling.

  • Created a custom-branded hot catering van with branded FSDUs, hawker trays, lighting and hot catering.
  • The van was positioned at the entrances of high-footfall Morrisons stores to reach all customers on arrival.
  • The FSDU was placed inside the store entrance to enable immediate impulse purchase decisions with hawker tray brand ambassadors to allow for roaming sampling in and around the store.
  • Customers who made a purchase were rewarded with a free sachet of miso and a branded ITSU Tote bag!

Average of 87% sample acceptance rate!

The tour also covered Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury & Waitrose too!
