Brief:
- To acquire market research information and support further awareness of Barnsley NHS, by using high calibre field marketing staff, to survey the general public across Barnsley, to gauge opinions on the services with Barnsley NHS / PCT.

Campaign Description:
- A team of high-calibre field marketing staff roamed around the high-footfall streets and shopping areas of Barnsley city centre from Monday to Sunday during the peak hours, explaining the subject matter of the research and collecting data from the public across each targeted location.
Branding:
- Each professional field marketing staff was provided with a branded NHS jacket to raise awareness, to identify them as working with the permission of the NHS and to improve the impact of the campaign.

Results:
- Through our field marketing staff’s friendly approach, the local public were pleased to have the opportunity to comment and provide feedback on the services offered by NHS Barnsley.
- The campaign received an extremely high number of responses across all locations and the public happy to complete the short questionnaire. There was no discrepancy in acceptance rates between genders and different age groups; all demographics were equally likely to complete the survey.
