Campaign: Schuh ‘Devotion’ Campaign

Brief:

To increase sales and raise participation in Schuh’s ‘Devotion’ campaign through the provision of high-calibre promotional staff verbally communicating the offer to shoppers, distributing leaflets and applying temporary ‘tattoos’.

High Calibre Promotion Staff

Campaign Description:

  • A team of high calibre promotion staff worked in vicinity of selected Schuh stores during peak shopping times on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Teams approached customers walking past the Schuh store and worked close to the nearby major competitors, offering them the tattoo whilst simultaneously explaining the details of the ‘Devotion’ campaign verbally.

Results:

  • People generally found the offer very appealing, in order to get £10 off a second purchase they only needed to spend £20 which meant they were effectively getting a 50% reward.
  • The client was very pleased with the way the campaign was executed and the results that the team generated, and extended the reach of activity in subsequent weeks.
